World of Work

world of workHere at Redbridge High School we offer opportunities to all the pupils across the school to take part in enterprise projects every year, particularly in the run up to our annual Christmas fayre.  In addition to this, at Key Stages 4 and 5 the pupils are taught vocational education. The areas taught can include arts and crafts, horticulture, catering and textiles among many other activities that are aimed at developing planning and team work skills through a highly motivational project.
The school has forged some very successful links with businesses in Liverpool and so we provide work experience placements throughout the year for pupils at Key Stages 4 and 5. The pupils enjoy this a lot while improving their employability skills.
